Job Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting :
• Analyze analytical data to identify trends, variations, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Lead (MSA) Measurement System Analysis to fulfill the customer's requirements
• Site Matching :
• Work as the Taoyuan contact window for site matching activities to ensure analytical consistency and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support the transfer and implementation of testing methods and standard testing procedures.
• Measurement Equipment Troubleshooting :
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and the repair activities.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve equipment-related problems efficiently.
• Support equipment qualification and continuous performance monitoring.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Participate in analytical improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Apply statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies to enhance laboratory performance.
• Support implementation of best practices and operational excellence programs.
  

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences related
• Minimal 3 years experience in a chemical analytical laboratory.
• Hands-on experience with analytical testing and laboratory operations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility
