Key Responsibilities: Quality Control
- Local Country Core & High End Watch & Jewelry Quality standard & result (Import/Export/Routing/Repair Claims)
- Arbitrating the quality issues within its country (or via regional/global office)
- Boutique support/training for Quality related issue
- Representing its country within WW Chanel quality organization
- Prepare Quality report & analysis
- Communication (e.g.Quality alerts, announcements to stakeholders) After Sales Service
- Coordinate the process & communication for both Core & High End Jewelry repairs whether repaired by either local or global (In House & External workshop).
- Boutique support/training for Aftersales related issue
- Spare part management & inventory control measures Processes & Systems
- POS/CASS/AX/WMS (or any upcoming new systems) related procedures, processes & data
