About the Company
Adecco is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Taiwan that is expanding its team and looking to attract qualified talents from Indonesia to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Quality Assurance / Quality Control activities within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Conduct and support quality testing, inspection, documentation, and related QC activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, pharmaceutical regulations, and applicable quality requirements.
- Review and maintain quality-related documentation, records, and reports.
- Support investigations, deviation handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained across manufacturing operations.
- Participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of quality-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in QA/QC, OR fresh graduates with relevant pharmaceutical internship experience.
- Mandarin speaking and reading capability is mandatory.
- Candidates will be required to complete a Mandarin written test as part of the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- GMP experience is not mandatory; candidates with strong technical foundations and relevant pharmaceutical exposure are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to work in a structured pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Candidates with relevant QA/QC experience will be prioritized.
