Are you an expert in materials science with a passion for quality excellence We are looking for a dedicated QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER to lead our testing laboratory and elevate our quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- LAB MANAGEMENT: Oversee and manage accredited testing laboratories to ensure technical competence and compliance.
- QA/QC SYSTEMS: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Control and Assurance systems.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Track, audit, and verify quality performance and corrective actions for abnormalities.
- CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE: Review order quality specifications and professionally handle customer feedback and complaints.
- DATA ANALYSIS: Perform in-depth analysis of quality capabilities to drive data-informed decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- EXPERTISE: Proven experience in POLYMER TESTING is essential.
- STANDARDS: Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025 implementation and maintenance.
- COMMUNICATION: Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with international clients.
Compensation:
- MONTHLY SALARY: NT$50,000+ (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
