Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang Rayong Salary: 55,000 - 80,000 THB Working Days: 6 days/week at a plant setup
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely allocation and dispatch of finished goods.
- Analyze water samples to improve boiler efficiency and update test procedures.
- Manage lab QMS documentation per NABL standards.
- Monitor quality of in-process products and coordinate with control room.
- Plan equipment calibration and maintenance with NABL-accredited agencies.
- Ensure timely material testing and allocation as per customer specifications.
- Oversee safe working practices in the lab and conduct safety training.
- Address quality complaints and find root causes visit customers for improvement.
- Manage inventory of critical equipment and coordinate procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
- 8-12 years experience in Quality Control, preferably with carbon black testing and NABL audits.
- Training in 8D/CAPA/RCA and as NABL Internal Auditor.
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt), and familiarity with IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel expertise) and statistical tools.
- Experience in equipment handling and maintenance.
