Python full stack Developer

Role Summary

Build automation solutions, APIs, AI-powered tools, and self-service platforms that simplify database operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability across enterprise-scale database environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation for database administration tasks, cluster expansions, health checks, compliance validation, self-heal.
• Build full-stack applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and microservices.
• Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to create intelligent operational assistants and workflow automation.
• Design integrations with databases, cloud services, ticketing platforms, monitoring systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DBAs, SREs, and platform engineers to eliminate repetitive operational work.
• Create dashboards, self-service portals, and reporting solutions.
• Maintain coding standards, security controls, testing, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with JavaScript and React.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and automation-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Database experience (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, Yugabyte, etc.).
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Hands-on experience Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
