Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient, reusable, and scalable backend systems using Python.
• Work with AI/ML models, data pipelines, and APIs to build intelligent and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to Python and backend development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product-based environments with agile/scrum methodology.
• Exposure to asynchronous programming or message queues (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
