[Job Responsibility]
- Collaborate with chemists and scientists to conduct computational modeling for polymer property prediction.
- Predict properties including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, and thermal characteristics, such as dielectric constant and loss, Young's modulus, and coefficient of thermal expansion.
- Focus on polymers including, but not limited to, polyimide, epoxy, and free-radical resins.
- Acquire model parameters through literature review, model fitting, or experimental measurement.
- Validate modeling results against experimental data.
- Interpret simulation results and provide predictions.
- Perform other routine laboratory tasks.
[Job Qualification]
- Master's degree in Engineering or Science-related fields.
- Familiarity with molecular dynamics (MD) or density functional theory (DFT) simulation software; experience in polymer simulation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python programming and Linux-based server environments.
- Good understanding of PCB-related tests and requirements.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work diligently and with discipline.
- Excellent communication skills; a strong team player.
