To identify and fix user-reported problems to provide a quick response to users on the usage of LIS.
To report any problems arising from the system if required.
To test the solution provided by IT for reported problems to provide a stable system environment to users.
To create major interface or communication channel with IT / major users for continuous system improvement.
To identify any system change requirements, ensuring that LIS(Oracle) can meet the requirements of a changing business environment or new operational modes.
To perform system reviews or solution design based on users requirements to ensure that the system can meet the requirements for a changing business environment.
To raise change requests to IT for new designs/functionalities/changes of LIS (Oracle).
To coordinate with IT for reviewing and monitoring the progress of change requests and reported problems.
To identify and develop data extraction requirements for IBM Cognos.
To perform user acceptance tests for completed change requests/fixed problems.
To implement the Quality Management System within the Team.
To compile regular or ad hoc reports as requested by user departments or the superior.
To perform additional projects or tasks as assigned by the superior.
To succeed in this role:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and experience with internal inventory/purchasing software. (Experience with Oracle ERP - procurement module is advanced). PC knowledge is advanced.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
