Job Summary
Lead and manage nightclub operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing staff, inventory, safety compliance, and revenue growth initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and waiters to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain smooth club operations
- Open and close the club following established procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
- Promote the club through direct engagement and support staff in promotional activities to increase patronage
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation standards and legal requirements to maintain a safe environment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance and operational efficiency
- Identify and develop revenue opportunities by recruiting talent and organizing promotional events
- Adapt to a loud, fast-paced environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays
