1. Education and training: insurance product lesson plan development and course teaching
2. Business coaching: product marketing skills drills and marketing personnel coaching
3. Administrative work: various course arrangements and training results tracking
4. Course planning: curriculum development and teaching plan production and maintenance

[Requirements]
1. Possess relevant certificates and licenses for personal insurance, investment insurance, non-investment foreign currency insurance, etc.
2. Be familiar with insurance sales models and various insurance products, and be able to complete training materials independently
3. More than one year of insurance training work experience
