lMain work content

1. Customer management and list management to improve cross-sales efficiency

  • Formulate annual customer management, list management and cross-sales strategies, and lead the team to plan and execute marketing activities to support operational goals.
  • Establish a list usage process and management mechanism to ensure effective use by frontline business and cooperative units.
  • Analyze performance indicators and guide the team to propose performance optimization plans.

2. Platform maintenance, optimization and cross-channel integration

  • Supervise the continuous improvement of the stability of the online insurance platform, maintenance quality and user experience.
  • Lead the integration of cross-channel (online insurance, multimedia, marketing) processes to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
  • Use data insights to lead the team to formulate member growth and sales improvement strategies.

3. Assist the team to introduce cross-department project management of AI and CRM tools

  • Collaborate with IT, business and other related units to plan and promote AI Tools (AI Chatbot, AI Outbound Call , etc.) and CRM platform import.
  • Establish a demand, risk, schedule and resource management mechanism to ensure that the system goes online on schedule.
