Ozeol focuses on advising and supporting suppliers in selling a wide variety of overstock goods that can be remarketed in Europe. The company manages the full resale process, from identifying stocks to final transaction, and achieves an annual turnover exceeding 40 million euros. Ozeol works exclusively with professional clients seeking to optimize warehouse space and recover value from clearance, surplus, and dead stock products.

Role Description

The Prospector (English Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Taiwan, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new supplier leads and overstock opportunities. In this role, you will research target markets, contact potential suppliers by phone, email, and online platforms, and present Ozeol's services in a clear, persuasive manner in English. You will gather detailed information on available stock, assess fit with Ozeol's purchasing criteria, and collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to move qualified leads through the pipeline. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking outreach activities, and preparing updates and reports on prospecting performance. You will also monitor market trends in surplus inventory and support continuous improvement of prospecting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, telesales, or business development within B2B environments.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of calls and outreach, and engaging professionally with international suppliers.
  • Basic understanding of trade, purchasing, or logistics; experience with wholesale, retail, or import/export is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
  • Ability to analyze information on stock offers, pricing, and product categories to identify viable opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting activity and conversion targets.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for diverse cultures and business practices.
  • Previous experience in an international or multicultural company is an asset.
