About the Role

Drive and coordinate the proposition strategy formulation to drive cross-team innovation of new Propositions. Provide management support, advices and problem-solving support throughout the innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Director in developing and articulating the holistic Propositions Strategy, incorporating inputs from SMEs across Proposition teams, and through coordinating the Proposition innovation process.
  • Consolidate all information and provide analysis support to build business cases and proposals for key functional initiatives. Prepare the monthly and quarterly business review report as well as functional budgeting.
  • Collaborate with Proposition teams to widen the use of data-driven insights to enhance the existing propositions
  • Support CPO in document and analysis preparation for functional management communications as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Provide management reporting and drive reporting automation for the function
  • Support in facilitating and proving strategic problem-solving support to Proposition teams to ensure key initiatives are aligned with functional strategy, and interdependencies are well managed to ensure cohesive across teams
  • Propose solutions and make alignment on key Proposition strategic business projects
  • Work closely with various Proposition teams to monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives Build and track the measurements of different KPIs and manage the governance framework within the function.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate and above, with 10+ years insurance industry experience, preferably in aspect of life product development or marketing
  • Experience in Proposition development is a must
  • Experience in consulting firm is an added advantage
  • Understand nature of life insurance products and product development process, familiar with insurance market environment
  • Experience in a strategy-oriented role or in leading strategy formulation is a must
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent language skills, particularly in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
