Your tasks
- Support proposal preparation, including technical documentation, cost estimation, and bid strategy.
- Collaborate with the Global Proposal Lead to align regional proposals with global standards, processes, and templates.
- Work closely with Sales and PFC Asia Head to interpret customer requirements and define optimal technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional input (engineering, sourcing, finance, legal) to develop comprehensive proposals.
- Track, manage, and report proposal status, risks, and opportunities within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and customer specifications.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 35 years of experience in proposal, tendering, or project estimation (preferably in industrial or energy sectors).
- Good knowledge of design tools (Autodesk, solidworks, NX etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, cost structures, and bid processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment with multiple time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
