Key roles and responsibilities of Property Manager (On-site, Commercial Building) are to carry out the daily duties, including but not limited to the supervision of front-line staff, management of daily operation, and maintaining a good relationship with tenants at delegated buildings.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee the Building's daily operation by planning and supervising all management duties for the building to maintain a high standard service quality
- Carry out those policies and instructions as directed by the Head Office and disseminated them to subordinates as and when required.
- According to the actual situation of the building, make recommendation for areas of improvement (e.g., staff quality, facilities, decoration etc.)
- Preparing annual building management budget and capital expenditure budget
- Preparation of tender documents for improvement work and invite quotation for regular maintenance
- Liaise with tenants and contractors on fit out work, monitor and report irregularity during fitting out period
- Handling tenants service request and complaints and attend the building in emergency situation
Requirements
- Degree or above in Real Estate, Building Management, Property Management, Facilities Management or related discipline
- At least 5-10 years of related working experience in property and facility management
- Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License is an advantage
- Well versed in Building Management Ordinance (e.g., DMC, BMO)
- Good communication and effective interpersonal skills Fluent in spoken and written in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
