Design and evaluate bilingual Traditional Chinese–English prompts and responses to improve AI model performance with culturally accurate, high-quality language data.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour

Primary Responsibilities
- Create structured prompts in Traditional Chinese and English with clear constraints and real-world relevance
- Develop evaluation rubrics capturing linguistic accuracy, tone, and cultural nuances
- Assess model-generated outputs for correctness, fluency, and contextual alignment
- Compare bilingual responses to ensure consistency and translation accuracy
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate prompts, rubrics, and benchmark data
- Refine tasks and evaluation standards to improve reliability of model assessments
Role Requirements
- Fluency in Traditional Chinese (written) and English (reading and writing)
- Deep familiarity with Traditional Chinese language usage, tone, and cultural context
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and structuring detailed prompts and responses
- Experience with or understanding of prompt creation, evaluation, or similar workflows
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Availability to contribute at least 20 hours per week
