Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Deliver the requirements described in BWO's Quality policy and standards during project execution
- Monitor and ensure compliance with BWO standards and project requirements
- Ensure positive quality performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and addressing gaps and deficiencies
- Provide assurance that project quality risks are identified and mitigated
- Ensure robust and timely resolution of quality non-compliance and violations
- Coordinate experience transfer (lessons learned) and other learning processes with special focus on Quality within project execution processes
- Manage project QA/QC resources
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related major.
- Ideally 15 years of relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, or closely related industry
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Experience in development of Quality documentation and review
- Experience as Quality Lead Auditor is desirable
- Previous experience working in a multinational environment is desirable

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, departmental function, terminology and interrelationships
- Extensive knowledge of the relevant requirements of the classification societies and international rules and regulations
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
