Job Description

2026 Management Associate |Project Mercury| Project Management

We are looking for candidates with experience in Engineering Project Management in areas such as energy storage, data centers, or energy-saving solutions. (Practical on-site experience is a plus.)

This is a formal Management Trainee position, not a traditional MA program that requires 1-2 years of coursework. You will rapidly accumulate practical experience through hands-on learning (you will have a tutor, and you will still receive 1-6 months of cross-functional training on the job). You will also have the opportunity to work on the company's most cutting-edge projects as a Management Trainee, quickly build results, and achieve rapid promotion to supervisory roles based on performance!

[Project Intro.]

Project Mercury is TECO's flagship talent development initiative designed to accelerate international growth and organizational transformation. As TECO expands into renewable energy, data center EPC projects, large-scale power equipment, and global M&A ventures, we are seeking exceptional talents who can drive real impact, and lead cross-border EPC solutions and projects.

Through international and cross-business rotations combined with executive mentorship, you will gain strategic insights, develop resource integration skills, and master project execution—preparing you to become a key player in global project management and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site projects for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Data Center EPC, and Energy Efficiency (ESCO) solutions, including diagnostics and planning improvements for power, energy, generation, efficiency, and fiber optic systems.
  • Oversee project schedule, budget, cost, quality, and risk, ensuring products and solutions are successfully delivered.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to execute projects.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, delivering project updates, solution presentations, and performance briefings.
  • Participate in on-site execution, testing, and client acceptance, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; graduation from a QS Top 500 university preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in EPC, energy storage, or energy efficiency projects.
  • Engineering background (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 860+ or similar.
  • Strong project communication and presentation skills; able to explain projects and solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Willing to support overseas travel and cross-border rotations.
