As TECO expands into renewable energy, data center EPC projects, large-scale power equipment, and global M&A ventures, we are seeking exceptional talents who can drive operational excellence and financial leadership across borders.

As part of the program, you will be directly involved in overseas business operations analysis, cross-border financial management, and coordination of regional support functions. Through international rotations and executive mentorship, you will gain strategic insights, develop resource integration skills, and master project execution—preparing you to become a key player in global operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and integrate financial and accounting operations for overseas regional centers or subsidiaries

✅ Support business performance analysis for overseas units, providing financial insights and recommendations for improvement

✅ Coordinate and consolidate regional support functions

✅ Develop and optimize global financial policies, internal controls, and budgeting processes

✅ Drive digitalization and standardization of financial workflows across international teams

✅ Assist in post-merger integration projects and cross-border governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above (QS Top 500 universities preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business management

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (TOEIC 860+ or equivalent)

• Experience in international business or finance projects preferred

• Willingness to travel and participate in global rotations

Preferred:

• Background in Big Four accounting firms or multinational corporate finance

• Experience in post-merger integration, financial transformation, ERP/SAP implementation
