Job Summary
Provide project management services and leadership relating to all aspects of the planning, execution and reporting of Winbro Group Technologies LLC projects including capital equipment supply, technical upgrades and NPI.
Requirements
- Act as the focal point both internally and externally for all aspects of project planning, execution and reporting.
- Interface directly with customers as a single point of contact for all project related matters.
- Standardized communication plan to collate info internally and present to customer, including internal schedule meetings.
- Work directly with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Forecast Demand Management, Service, Finance, Quality) to define and deliver programs of work.
- Create and maintain project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Ensure that effective communications are maintained between functions within the organization (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Forecast Demand Management, Service, Finance, Quality).
- Manage project timing, risk, cost and performance against agreed targets/budgets.
- Determine and define sales order book inputs.
- Create and maintain sales orders in the ERP system
- Prepare project reports including the collecting and analysing of data and the summarizing of information and actions.
- Determine and manage import/export requirements ensuring compliance whilst minimizing costs.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office 365 applications including MS Project, Project Web and SharePoint.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience preferred.
- A formal project management qualification would be advantageous.
- Five years experience of direct customer liaison in a technical and commercial project management environment.
- Experience of reading and interpreting engineering assembly drawings and familiar working with complex multi-level BoMs and supply chains.
- An understanding of import/export requirements and global supply chain planning.
- Travel - less than 5% travel per year
