Project Manager, Taiwan

Position Description We are recruiting a Supply Chain Transformation Leader with logistics project management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving warehouse automation and system integration projects, ensuring their smooth completion. This position requires close collaboration with logistics, procurement, IT, supply chain teams, and external warehouse partners. It is ideal for a professional with strong project execution skills, cross-departmental communication capabilities, and hands-on operational management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Responsible for overall warehouse project planning and execution.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and risk management mechanisms.
• Coordinate across relevant departments to ensure projects progress according to plan.
• Track project progress and report regularly to the management team.

Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external warehouse service providers.
• Oversee, coordinate, and handle exceptions during project phases, providing actionable solutions.

System Integration & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner with IT teams and external vendors to drive system integration projects.
• Assist with the integration and testing of related systems, including WMS and ERP.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system go-live preparations.
• Ensure seamless alignment between operational processes and system functionalities.

Project Tracking & Reporting

• Regularly prepare project status reports and risk assessments.
• Track action items and key decision points.
• Support management project reviews and decision-making meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or project management.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and practical logistics management.
• Proven experience in cross-departmental project management and coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or related logistics information systems.
