Job Summary –
Experienced candidate who has experience in project management, system domain experience. Experience in Servers, networking, storage options on Industry Standard Servers, experience working on Windows, VMware & Linux OS. The individual should know the product & project Life Cycle. Experience in handling a team and working in client environment
Years of experience needed – 8 to 10 Years
Technical Skills:
- As part of project management, experience in Project Planning and Scheduling, Resource Allocation and Management, Risk Management and Issue Resolution, Stakeholder Communication, Quality Assurance, Scope Management, Project Documentation, monitoring progress and project closure.
- Engage with stakeholders in requirements discussions.
- Experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, scope, and schedules.
- Experience in overseeing day-to-day technical operations, including personnel assignments and reviews.
- Experience in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Experience in continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tracking the project Progress and results using tracking tools.
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.
- Efficient in identifying and mitigating Project and Release risks.
- Provide Time and Effort estimation required for planned activity.
- Experience working on Servers, Storage, Networking.
- Good Understanding of driver, hardware, firmware, and components
- Ensure team has the necessary tools and infrastructure available for project.
- Good in presentation skills
- Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
- Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates and scheduling.
- Able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and team working skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
