About This Role
We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager who sits at the intersection of business development and investment. You're not a traditional investor — you're someone who has been on the frontline of industry, building partnerships, driving growth, and creating real business value.
At VENTURE+, you'll work closely with our investment team and portfolio companies to identify synergy opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and help shape the growth trajectory of high-potential startups across Asia. This is a role for someone who wants to grow into the investment world — with the right foundation in BD and operations to add immediate value from day one.
What You'll Do
- BD & Partnership Development — Source, identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships between VENTURE+ and industry players across Asia
- Synergy Execution — Connect portfolio companies with enterprise partners, customers, and key resources that accelerate growth
- Project Management — Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution with clear timelines and accountability
- Market Intelligence — Track trends in AI, SaaS, and the broader tech landscape to surface emerging opportunities
- Portfolio Engagement — Actively support portfolio companies by understanding their needs and connecting them with the right resources within the VENTURE+ ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or industry-facing roles in the tech sector
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following: AI, SaaS, or electronics/high-tech manufacturing
- Track record of building partnerships that generated measurable business outcomes
- Genuine interest in the venture capital and startup ecosystem
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
