Project Manager (SO Representative)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive construction plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
• Provide regular progress reporting to client and senior management
• Foster strong relationships with client, M&E contractors, and other stakeholders
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure/building projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Experienced in Contract Administration, management of claims and Extension of Time
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
