Job Description
- Lead subcontractor tendering and procurement activities
- Manage project execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Oversee project phases through Sales Phase, Contracts Phase, to After-Sales Phase.
- Coordinate site installation and project execution activities
- Serve as the primary interface between local stakeholders and global stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reporting directly to the HQ team
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- upon project requirements.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related industry
- 7+ years of proven experience directly managing power, electrical infrastructure projects
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
- A hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute
- Strong project delivery mindset of Project vs Technical 8:2
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholder management
- Commercial acumen and business awareness would be an advantage!
