Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Singapore. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and development projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and contractors; and ensuring that inspection and quality standards are consistently met. The role also involves monitoring logistics and material flow, preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders, and proactively addressing risks and issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management expertise and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with expediting processes, including Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities in construction or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality assurance, with practical experience in Inspection activities on-site.
• Competence in Logistics Management, including oversight of materials, scheduling, and supply chain coordination.
• Proven experience managing construction or development projects, preferably in a multidisciplinary or international context.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Singapore.
