About the Role
Our client is a well-established technology solutions provider serving enterprise and public sector clients across the region. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of a key digital platform initiative. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy and agile delivery, offering the opportunity to shape a mission-critical product used at scale within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and continuously refine the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities
- Translate regulatory, compliance, and stakeholder requirements into a clearly prioritised and executable delivery roadmap
- Lead a cross-functional Scrum team through sprint planning, iterative delivery, and release governance processes
- Remove operational and process blockers to maintain delivery momentum and keep product scope aligned with strategic goals
- Escalate technical impediments to the Solution Architect, taking ownership of the resulting timeline adjustments and communicating impact to relevant stakeholders
- Track and surface cross-team and cross-division dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks
- Facilitate transparent reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- Active Scrum certification (e.g. CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent) is required
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading digital transformation programmes within an agile Scrum delivery environment
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing and leading cross-functional Scrum teams across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital products or platforms for government or public sector organisations (is a bonus)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
