The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Leadership in cross-functions to implement project management regarding budget, schedule, quality, etc.
- Ensure all applicable processes, procedures, and policies are supported, documented, well communicated
- Take up a proactive approach to identify risks to ensure project success and create and maintain a project risk tracker
- Key account management, especially expectation setting, and fulfillment
- Works closely with the ADLINK sales team to support sales opportunities by engaging and leveraging key partners in the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- experience with Server & Network products/industries
- Professionally written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong teamwork, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated to learn new technologies and participate in new market trends, and the ability to work under a fast cadence.
