About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven
Project Manager to join our Project Management department. You will be the primary lead responsible for driving security-related initiatives on our roadmap. Your role is centered on
cross-functional orchestration : aligning resources from multiple teams, identifying critical dependencies, and ensuring that complex deployments are executed on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Roadmap Delivery: Lead the end-to-end management of projects within the security domain. You will own the project lifecycle, ensuring all initiatives are integrated into the company's delivery cycle and meet defined deadlines.
- Resource Coordination & Allocation: Actively manage and negotiate resource availability across multiple teams. You will ensure that all teams are aligned on priorities and that the necessary talent is allocated to keep projects moving.
- Dependency & Service Mapping: Deeply understand the interdependencies between various services and technical stacks. You will be responsible for identifying potential bottlenecks early and facilitating technical discussions to resolve cross-team conflicts.
- Timeline & Deployment Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules. You will synchronize development timelines with deployment windows, ensuring that security enhancements are rolled out smoothly without disrupting business operations.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central bridge between the senior management, technical squads, and other project managers. Maintain high transparency on project status, risks, and resource utilization through regular reporting and clear communication.
- Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving: Proactively identify blockers and manage trade-offs. You will use data-informed decisions to navigate resource constraints and keep project health on track.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Project Management or Product Management. 2. Proven experience in managing complex software delivery in a cross-functional environment.
- Core Competencies: 1. Execution Excellence: Strong ability to turn high-level roadmaps into detailed, actionable execution plans. 2. Resource & Timeline Management: Expert-level skills in tracking team velocity, managing dependencies, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills & Personality: 1. Proactive & Resilient: You take full ownership of project outcomes and remain persistent in removing blockers. 2. High Flexibility: Capable of adapting plans quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. 3. Effective Facilitator: Skilled at driving alignment and consensus among different technical stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

- Experience with 1 to 0 projects (initiating and scaling new processes or systems).
- Security Focus: Oversee security-specific tasks/projects like Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing and Incident Response
- Compliance: Ensure alignment with security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2 and internal security policies) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the FinTech, Blockchain, or high-frequency trading industries.
