Project Manager – Liquid Thermal Solutions

Location: Taiwan

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex product development programs for liquid thermal solutions supporting AI servers and data center infrastructure.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and global stakeholders to ensure successful execution from concept through product launch while meeting customer expectations for quality, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NPI and product development projects from concept, design validation through mass production.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and cross-functional action plans.
• Drive project execution across Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Manage project risks, engineering changes, development costs and resource planning.
• Coordinate customer communications and manage technical discussions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and executive status reporting.
• Support prototype, pilot build, production launch and post-launch activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Project Management or Product Development experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with global engineering teams.
• Fluent English communication.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in liquid cooling, thermal management, quick disconnect (QD), CDU, AI Server or Data Center products is highly preferred.
