The Project Manager - Reward will support the HRT Project Lead in managing global reward-related projects. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global processes and local plans where applicable, and applying standard project management methodologies used within Reckitt to deliver on time and within budget.
. 4-8 years in PMO/Project Coordination/Project Management, preferably in HR Transformation/HRIS/Reward programs.
. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across geographies.
. Proficiency with HR processes and systems.
. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
. Continuous improvement acumen.
. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global and regional teams.
