Job Description

New Product Introduction & Mass Production Management

Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from design transfer to the Mexico

plant, ensuring manufacturing processes align with ALTW quality standards.

Operational Recovery & Backlog Conversion

Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks (e.g., material shortages) and coordinate

with global HQ to ensure orders are converted into actual sales revenue.

Product Life Cycle & Schedule Control

Establish and track project milestones, manage Product Life Cycle (PLC), and ensure on-

time delivery while meeting cost objectives.

Productivity Improvement & Standardization

Conduct root-cause analysis for low productivity and implement standardized operating

procedures (SOP) at the Mexico site.

Quality & Shipment Management

Oversee production quality, coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve

manufacturing anomalies, and monitor finished goods shipment schedules.

Global Communication & Cross-Cultural Collaboration

Act as a communication bridge between Taiwan HQ, China factory, clients, and the local

Mexico production team to implement strategic tasks assigned by management.

Manage expectations of key North American clients (e.g., Boyd, Lucid).

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Management.
  • 3+ years of PM experience in the electronics industry; Connector or Cable Assembly industry preferred.

Core Skills

  • Proficient in NPI processes and MS Office
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or Industrial Design is a plus.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Required for bridge communication with HQ and China teams).
  • Fluent in English (Required).
  • Spanish conversation skills are a significant advantage.

Personality & Overseas Commitment

  • Equipped with sharp insight and logical thinking to effectively navigate communication nuances within a multicultural workforce.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Mexico for the long term with high adaptability to cross-cultural environments.
