1. Responsible for the project management of automotive business pre-project approval and project approval 2. Organize the launch of new projects, establish project teams, and clarify the responsibilities of each member of the project team 3. Responsible for organizational formulation and updates Overall project development plan, grasp project process risks, promote project implementation, monitor overall project progress, and report project progress 4. Responsible for customer information docking for new projects, timely delivery of customer requirements, organization and submission of customer required information, and coordination Resources to meet customer needs 5. Responsible for organizing phased reviews of project development, and promoting the resolution of bottlenecks in the product development process 6. Responsible for organizing mass production yield and efficiency to meet standards, and coordinating transfer to mass production matters Docking and assessment of the achievement of each stage.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, master's degree is preferred, mechanical, vehicle engineering, project management related majors are preferred 2. 3 to 5 years or more of project management related work in the automotive industry, preferably in the automotive speaker or amplifier industry 3. Familiar with the project development process, clear logical thinking, certain team leadership skills, and a host computer Priority will be given to those with factory and first-tier supplier project work experience 4. Understand the IATF16949 quality management system and be familiar with the five major tools of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC 5. Have project risk awareness and integrate project resources And stress resistance, needs analysis and summary ability, emotion management and control ability, planning and coordination ability, leadership and decision-making ability, organizational communication, coordination and expression ability.
