Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and building technology industry.

• Proactively source and engage contractors, consultants, developers, project owners, and end-users.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with potential clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.

• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable MBT solutions.

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and project proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with customers.

• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project sales, or B2B sales.

• Experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, building technology, construction, or engineering industries is preferred.

• Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
