Project Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with semiconductor equipment production experience to lead high-tech projects internationally. Ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met through strong team leadership, cross-department coordination, fluent English communication, and customer focus.

KRA & Performance Indicator

• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, control, and documentation
• Responsible for technical management of projects and coordination of all internal (development, purchasing, production, assembly, commissioning, service) and external interfaces.
• Ensure contract and specification compliance, delivering projects on time and on budget
• Timely detection of impending schedule, cost and quality deviations as well as rapid controlled implementation of changes
• Drive project management process standardization and act as Gatekeeper for Gate Process
• Support of Customer, primary contact person of the customer (PM)
