Job Description

  • Lead the Project Management team, allocate resources and tasks to meet project goals
  • Establish SOPs and onboarding programs to improve team collaboration and efficiency
  • Ensure BOM accuracy and timeliness to minimize material risks
  • Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and factories to secure material readiness and timely delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement and cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency

The Successful Applicant


  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of BOM, ECO, scheduling, and manufacturing processes
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and resource integration skills
  • Proficient in English writing and communication, with strong logical and presentation skills
