Job Description
- Lead the Project Management team, allocate resources and tasks to meet project goals
- Establish SOPs and onboarding programs to improve team collaboration and efficiency
- Ensure BOM accuracy and timeliness to minimize material risks
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and factories to secure material readiness and timely delivery
- Drive continuous process improvement and cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or operations
- Strong knowledge of BOM, ECO, scheduling, and manufacturing processes
- 2-3 years of leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
- Excellent cross-functional communication and resource integration skills
- Proficient in English writing and communication, with strong logical and presentation skills
