Project Manager Japanese Speaker

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taipei City, Taiwan, for a Project Manager Japanese Speaker. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects to completion while ensuring all goals are met on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating logistics, expediting processes, managing inspections, and overseeing all phases of project management. The role also involves effective communication with partners, including Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and meeting deadlines
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles to streamline processes and ensure timely project progress
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Inspection, ensuring proper quality control and delivery processes
• Proficiency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in an innovation or consulting environment is an advantage
