The Role
You will drive key automation and engineering projects in Singapore, take full ownership of executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements. You will act as the primary bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth, safe, and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within predefined scope, schedule, and budgetary limits.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams to define objectives and drive execution.
Strategic Planning & Risk Mitigation: Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation and timelines while proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
Site & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to Singapore regulatory and safety standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Manage all project documentation, schedules, and change requests, presenting regular updates to management and clients.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management or coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and the MS Office Suite.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and negotiation skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and standard local project management practices is preferred.
