PROJECT MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Having purview of the overall project, providing direction, reviewing and monitoring outcomes of all functions to work together effectively and manage the project on-track.
• To coordinate works and build relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders expectations.
• Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the project's estimate. Review elements that impact construction risk, cost and manage cash flow to achieve the profit target. Understand and integrate diverse functions for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Preparation of project budgets, monitoring of project expenses, taking corrective actions and regular updates on status of project.
• Analyze contractual terms and provides guidance to the team with regard to contractual matters.
• Manage the project to ensure that the project completes on time, with compliance with specified quality and HSE requirements.
• Ensure that the Company's Quality and HSE Systems are adhered to at all times.
• Achieve total completion of the project and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in construction.
• Successful deliver 1-2 building project (full circle).
• Experience in fast-track projects is a significant advantages.
• Must have the ability to read, interpret, analyze and forecast a project's cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing.
• Possess strong technical and excellent project management skills.
• Proficient in English and demonstrating strong in communication skills.
