Project Manager

. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Project Management or similar roles.

. Proven experience in staffing / resource augmentation is mandatory.

. Strong experience working closely with customers and vendors.

. University degree (IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred).

. Good understanding of technology environments including:

o Java

o Oracle / databases

o Basic AI concepts / emerging technologies

. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
. Prior experience working with banking orfinancial services clients.

. Good understanding of banking industry culture, operating models,governance, and delivery dynamics.

. Experience supporting staffing or delivery engagements in regulated environments

will be highly beneficial.
