PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Establish project objectives and deliverables while creating detailed plans and budgets.
• Oversee the deployment of IT infrastructure to guarantee high availability, security, and optimal performance.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
• Proactively identify and address project risks.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct maintenance efforts to maintain system stability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT project management focused on infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in system administration, middleware solutions, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven capability to manage projects involving operating systems, virtualization, middleware platforms, databases, and high availability solutions.
• Experience in application development or ELV/IoT implementation is advantageous.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of performing well under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
