Job Summary
Oversee full project lifecycles to deliver quality outcomes by managing plans, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with IT governance and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery of defined goals and outcomes
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide execution
- Engage and communicate effectively with business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations
- Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver clear updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency
- Resolve stakeholder conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum and collaboration
- Foster cohesive team collaboration and promote effective team dynamics to enhance productivity
- Incorporate user feedback and needs into project deliverables to ensure relevance and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout project activities
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables
- Monitor and control project budgets to keep expenditures within approved limits
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related challenges to minimize risks and delays
- Make data-driven decisions based on project requirements and stakeholder input to optimize outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including participation in full software or product development cycles
- Experience with Agile methodology and past development experience
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project execution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous
