Project Manager

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Taipei. In this role, you will manage end-to-end product development projects across multiple functional teams and partner companies. You will define development milestones, coordinate cross-functional execution, track and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle, and support products through to mass production—helping deliver world-class gaming gear to gamers around the globe.

【Key Responsibilities】

Project Management & Execution

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to mass production, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams across GA / SteelSeries and external vendors to align on development goals and execution plans.

• Break down product development into clear stages, define major tasks for each phase, and establish detailed milestones and timelines.

• Conduct regular project meetings, set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate resources to ensure project targets and milestones are met.

Product Development & Issue Tracking

• Review product progress with cross-functional teams at each development stage.

• Track technical and schedule issues, collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them, and ensure smooth transition into mass production.

【Skills & Competencies】

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and project management.

• Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills; fluent English communication is required.

• Industry Experience (Plus): Experience in keyboard, mouse, controller, or headset industries is a plus.

• Product Experience (Plus): Gaming product development experience is highly valued.

• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently, including China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Thailand.
