who we are
lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

At lululemon, the Global Trade team enables lululemon's growth by ensuring our products move seamlessly and compliantly across borders around the world. Global Trade has three key focus areas, and its teams are built accordingly: Compliance, Operations and Optimization. Compliance ensures our processes adhere to global and local trade and customs regulations and standards, and our approach to core trade competencies (classification, duties, valuation) is optimized. Operations deliver our day-to-day trade and customs procedures. Optimization is our data analysis and reporting engine, enabling us to monitor our performance and continuously improve. Project Managers within Global Trade service all three areas, and support our internal partners (e.g., Global Fulfilment/Logistics, Franchise, Finance, Tax).
