This position is part of the Player Service Platform. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong hands-on experience and solid expertise in AI. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of emerging technologies, strong execution skills, and the ability to translate innovative service concepts into real, scalable products.
<Responsibilities>
- Lead project execution and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver AI image generation services
- Translate user needs and business strategies into clear, actionable technical requirements and product specifications
- Define product development plans, manage timelines, and ensure efficient iteration cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Stay up to date with AI technology trends and use cases to continuously evolve and optimize the service
- Prepare product proposals and deliver regular progress reports
<Required Skills>
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in generative AI and image generation tools, with a fundamental understanding of how these systems work
- Proven experience in AI product development or software project management, including hands-on experience in model training and data processing
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete product specifications
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Passion for emerging technologies and strong awareness of trends across multiple domains
- Experience in AI-related applications (e.g., AI agents, image generation, virtual characters)
- Experience in startups or building products from 0 to 1
