Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software and hardware integration projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timeline, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage cross-team communication and collaboration (e.g., SW/HW service departments, third-party vendors) to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data analytics, system integration solutions, or technology consulting.
• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills to clearly communicate technical solutions and system value to customers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English or Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of API design and integration (e.g., RESTful API, SOAP).
• Basic knowledge in Database operation and management. (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Government agency information system project experience
• Experience in International and cross-cultural projects collaboration.
