Project Manager (Fire Protection Systems Contractor)

• Define project objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with management.
• Assign tasks to team members and contractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Analyze product designs, customer requirements, and performance standards to develop specifications.
• Conduct technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and oversee quality testing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Control costs by managing expenditures and contractor agreements.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with fire protection regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment across project sites.
• Prepare project status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Support continuous improvement by achieving related results as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in fire protection or related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• AutoCAD & BIM Knowledge is an advantage.
