Technical Project Manager (TPM) – AI Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Technical Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs across cloud infrastructure, data centers, and AI/ML platforms. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure initiatives at scale, while coordinating execution across globally distributed teams.

As a TPM supporting the AI Ninja team, you will be responsible for managing critical projects across cross-functional or cross-organizational teams and ensuring timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to consolidate reports, validate progress, and ensure that program reviews with senior leadership are structured, data-driven, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Integration & Execution Leadership

· End-to-End Program Execution: Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure programs in Google Cloud platforms, data centers, and systems engineering domains.

· Product Lifecycle Management: Work as part of a cross-functional team through the entire lifecycle of a product or customer engagement—from initial design to validation and launch; for technical proof-of-concepts to customer onboarding and production issue resolution.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, account teams, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.

· Distributed Team Ownership: Own program execution across multiple teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and on-time delivery across time zones.

· Program Artifacts & Dashboarding: Create and maintain program plans, execution dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates.

2. Technical Deep Dives & Risk Management

· Mitigation & Escalation: Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively unblock teams and escalate when needed.

· Navigating Ambiguity: Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, bringing structure, prioritization, and clarity with minimal guidance.

3. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Alignment

· Executive & Engineering Alignment: Build trust-based relationships with engineering leads and executives.

· Architectural Influence: Use your technical depth to influence priorities and help resolve contentious architectural tradeoffs.

4. Process Innovation & Platform Security

· Tooling Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to build more efficient tools and systems for tracking complex software or organizational inter-dependencies and build dashboards.

· AI Tooling Adoption: Help the engineering team drive AI tooling adoption, create dashboards, and follow up on execution goals.

· Continuous Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tooling, and execution rigor.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 5+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud platforms, or data center environments.

· Multi-Team Execution: Proven experience driving multi-team execution and a good team player.

· Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

· Resilience: Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in high-pressure environments.

· Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud, AWS, and/or Microsoft Azure.

· Infrastructure Depth: Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts such as compute, networking, storage, virtualization, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

· AI/ML Infrastructure: Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, large-scale compute platforms, or high-availability systems.

· Technical Background: Background in engineering or systems architecture.

· Hyperscale Environments: Experience working in hyperscaler or large enterprise environments.

· Execution Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid execution models.
