Project Manager Contract

We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation and are looking for Junior Change Management / Project Support professionals to join on a 1-Year Fixed Term Contract.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to gain hands-on insurance experience, strengthen their exposure to transformation projects, and build valuable industry knowledge.

Job Scope

This role oversees end-to-end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, change agent mobilisation, training and enablement, and progress tracking. The Change Manager is expected to confidently manage scope, apply the standardised framework, and deliver change work across one or multiple projects concurrently.

• Coming from banking, operations, PMO, business support, or coordination backgrounds and interested in change initiatives

Experience require

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of Change Management and Project Management experience
